What we ate this week

Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Bake


So this week has really flown by, The weekend especially! Unfortunately my Mother in Law is in hospital again, so with visiting her and going to a sweet little girls first birthday party, the weekend was over before I knew it. In fact I woke up Monday morning to the alarm, wondering why I would ever set an alarm for Sunday! 


Never mind, back to the Menu...



Wednesday - Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Bake with steamed green beans (recipe coming soon)


Thursday    - We had enough of the Pasta bake for tonight as well

Friday         - Pan Fried Fish with My Thai Sauce, steamed Basmati rice and Chinese Greens

Saturday     - Silverbeet and Feta Parcels with big tossed salad (recipe coming soon)

Sunday       - Char Siu, which is Barbecue Pork, steamed Basmati Rice and Chinese greens        
                   
Monday      - Again, we had enough leftover for tonight as well

Tuesday      - I had a poached egg with Avocado and Vegemite on toast, as Hubby was out for
                     Dinner  


We bought the Char Siu as a treat for Chinese New Year at Burlingtons ,which is a Supermarket in China Town, Fortitude Valley.
