What we bought, spent and ate this week

Hello Dear Reader,

How are you going this week? I hope you and everyone at home is feeling good and not too stressed, with Christmas day looming on Sunday. I have finished the gift shopping and hopefully won't need to go the the shops again until way after Christmas. I have a few days off over the Christmas break and it will be just lovely to catch up with family and friends. Whatever your plans are, I hope you have time with your loved ones and enjoy a bit of a rest.

Wednesday-Salmon and Potato Frittata with English Spinach


Thursday-My night off cooking, my Mother in law shouts us a takeaway dinner from our local Chinese Restaurant





Friday-Pan fried Pearl Perch with a big tossed salad
Saturday-Chicken and Bacon Pasta with Steamed Broccolini
Sunday-Mushroom and Red Onion Tart

Tuesday-Fish Curry with Papadums, Natural Yoghurt and Chutney

I forgot to take a photo of Monday nights dinner, its was a Spicy Lamb Mince dish served with Papadums, natural yoghurt and chutney.
