So this is what we ate this week-
Wednesday- Tempura fish, steamed Basmati rice and Silverbeet
Thursday- Pizza Night
Friday- Pan fried fish and a big tossed salad
Saturday- Thai Satay Prawns, Steamed Basmati Rice and Broccolini
Sunday- Chicken Curry, Steamed Basmati Rice, Papadums, Greek Yoghurt and Chutney
Monday- Thank Heavens for left overs ( day of the above mentioned accident)
Tuesday- A dish we call Mince and Egg. It is a simple concoctions of beef mince with finely diced onion and ABC sauce. Cooked well and served with Steamed Basmati Rice. The egg part comes in when serving this, my husband then cracks an egg over the rice and mince and stirs to combine. Not for me, but he loves it.
