Oat, Honey and Dark Chocolate Bliss Balls

Hello Dear Reader,

I love a little treat to have with my cuppa at morning or afternoon tea. This fits the bill perfectly as it is simple to make with ingredients I usually already have in the house, healthy and yummy.

Ingredients for Oat, Honey and Chocolate Bliss Balls.

From top right-1/2 cup Peanut butter, 1 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup blitzed flax seeds (I blitzed them in the thermomix for 10 second speed 6) , 40 grams dark chocolate, 1 cup roughly blitzed plain rice crackers (these add a bit of crunch), 1 cup oats and 1/4 cup honey

Add wet ingredients-peanut butter, honey and coconut oil into the bowl of a stand mixer, mix on lowish speed for 2 minutes

To the bowl of a food processor, add the oats and coconut

Blitz until shredded finely

Add the blitzed oat, coconut and flax mixture to the wet ingredients in the stand mixer bowl. Break up chocolate into smaller pieces

Mix on lowish speed until thoroughly mixed and the chocolate has broken up further into small pieces throughout the mixture

Roll into small, even balls and put onto a lined baking tray. Put into the fridge to firm up. Store in a container in the fridge

Delicious and Healthy

So, tell me, Dear Reader, what is your favourite "Bliss Ball" recipe?
